DRAMA!!!!

I'm finally getting these photos up, even though they are from the beginning of the summer! This summer, Heidi went to a Theatre Summer Camp, but on by the local high school. She had so much fun. They made their own costumes. Everyone had at least 1 line. They learned a little dance. And they got to put the whole thing on stage for their families to enjoy.

Of course, the photos aren't great because my camera isn't that fancy and she was way up on stage.

Here she is as a mermaid. She was so excited about being a mermaid. I can't imagine that the boys in the group were equally as thrilled.

Now for your viewing pleasure, here is our recording of the play. Of course, the hilarious part is that Heidi recited her lines in a British accent. It was a total surprise. When I asked her later, she told me that she was supposed to be stern and that accent made her feel more strict.

Heidi comes in at 3:40. I know the sound is really quiet, but I swear I cranked it up as high as it would go in iMovie.
