Phoenix got to go to cub scout camp this summer. He loved every minute. The camp got permission to use Star Wars Rebel insignia for their t-shirts, only adding to the awesomeness of the camp.
They did crafts.
Swimming in Lake Austin.
Kayaking
What would camp be like without Giant Chess?
A little fishing (but not much catching).
A giant homemade slip and slide.
Someone thought it was a good idea to let them shoot arrows.
Phoenix showed awesome marksmanship on the BB guns. He not only earned his belt loop for shooting but got a good enough score to earn his shooting pin.
This was his camp troop. Some kids were from church and some we just met.
